I have written 101 healing prayers to enjoy with a cup of tea. Prayer that comes from a place of oneness with God – not separation from God – is very effective. Give it a try!
ANXIE–TEA
I reach into the purest part of me
and know my future is secure.
I have nothing to fear, God is so near.
All outcomes are clear.
I close out everything and see the Ever-Thing.
God is all I see. God is all there is.
Agony and apprehension are abolished.
I am one again with the One, again and forever.
In the absence of anxiety I am absolute.
The Absolute I Am assures anchorage in
a harbour of security and prosperity.
A home free of all adversity,
an asylum from worry and fret,
a shelter from aggression and obsession,
a sanctuary from uncertainty and instability.
In God I am safe and good, and I find my refuge.
For this I am eternally grateful and thankful.
I release the anxiety, the anguish and agony.
I allow God stewardship; God becomes my guide.
My vessel sails freely from this day forward.
It is safe, and so am I, and it is so.
Amen
ETERNI-TEA
God has no beginning and no end.
God is the All. God is all there is, ever was and ever will be.
God’s love has no end;
it is everlasting and without interruption.
I was conceived from this love.
In God’s love and truth there is no corruption.
From this oneness I claim all my goodness.
All good comes to me easily and
flows from me freely.
My goodness knows no time or space,
no boundaries, no limits do I face.
Eternity is home; it is my birthplace – and there I will return.
I can go there briefly
with clarity of mind and with an open heart.
Joy is all I find.
So grateful am I; on the wings of love do I fly.
I release all concerns and fears, all constraints and tears.
I send thanks to the Ever-Living whose
love is unfading, unfailing and always forgiving.
So it is now as it was then and will be forever.
Amen
COMMUNI-TEA
The earth is my home. All who walk it are my family. We all come from the same place, and will return to this holy space. So here I make my place, in grace, with every race. We are all one – one with God, one with each other. In divine community, we find a commonality and share spirituality. And we know that God is all there is. Trivial differences and unimportant insignificances are released. As a community, good is all we see, because good is all we look for – for the good of all. The good of all begins with the good of me. I speak clearly, think wholly and live completely in community. I give thanks to God for the fellowship and friendship we know as one. Right here, right now, it sarts with me; companionship, camaraderie with no complexity. I surrender needing to be right or even to be heard. I first consider the good of the collaborative and seek cooperation and correlation. I let go and let God, and I let live. We live as one and love as one with the One. Amen
CERTAIN-TEA
The infallibility of God is certain; reliable and dependable, a love beyond question. This I know with indescribable surety. In truth, God is all there is. Something deep inside me knows that we are one. A force beyond words, an innate, inexpressible sureness, assures me of an exceptional union. I accept this extraordinary force of goodness as a part of who I am. I embody this aspect and choose to exemplify this gift as my contribution back to God’s universe. This I do out of gratitude, with fortitude and in certitude. I ask for no proof, for in God I am positive. I give absolute thanks, and in confidence and with conviction, I release any dubiousness; I relinquish all smallness. For with God I grow and in God I know. All else, I let go. And it is so. Amen
